Frequently Asked Questions for DUI Court Case Management Services? (solely for courts we serve)

1. Do I need to schedule an appoinment for my DUI registration?

No, you do not need to schedule an appointment. You must report to your court of conviction office during our business hours - (may vary for each location).

2. Do I have a deadline to register with CCMS?

Yes, you are given a specific date to register by, each case may vary with different deadlines. You may contact us to provide you with your deadline to avoid being non-compliant.

3. Can I register over the phone?

You may contact us and/or report to your ccms office for registration assistance.

4. Do I need to register with CCMS even though I live/or would like to attend my DUI Program in a different county?

Yes, you remain court ordered to register with your CCMS court office to have your paperwork processed and be assigned to a State Approved Licensed DUI Program in your area, regardless if it's in another county/state.

5. Can I complete an online DUI Program?

*NOTICE*  The state of California and the California Department Of Motor Vehicles (DMV) does NOT accept any DUI Online Programs.

6. Forms of payment accepted?

We are now accepting Cash, PayPal, Debit/Credit Card with (4%) surcharge, Money Order, and Cashier's Check.
